"Overall Satisfied with My Buy, But..."
I'm quite pleased with my buy. The product matched the description perfectly and the cost was reasonable. However, the restocking fee for returns is a dealbreaker for me. When you're spending thousands, that 10% really stacks up. I ain't paying that fee to anyone. I'll stick with Fashionphile and Boutique Patina, where I enjoy the same excellent service without that extra charge.

I got extra photos of the item pretty fast after asking. This really helped me make up my mind to buy it. The communication was quick both before and after it was sent out. My only suggestion is that I wish the Instagram account could interact more with customers regarding the product and take requests for more info or pictures about an item.
